Supporting Indigenous Strength & Culture
Our programs are designed to break down barriers, offer meaningful support, and provide culturally relevant services that help Indigenous individuals reach their full potential. Whether it’s through education, employment training, or healing spaces, we are committed to creating safe and empowering environments where individuals can build strong futures while staying connected to their culture and community.

Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP) – Coming in 2025
Breaking Cycles of Violence, Creating Spaces for Healing
Violence has impacted too many Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ people. Through our Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP), we are building safe, supportive spaces where Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ individuals can access resources, develop life skills, and heal through culturally centered programs.
This program is designed to increase awareness, promote self-development, and provide healing opportunities through a combination of workshops, seminars, and cultural teachings.
What We Offer:
- Awareness & Education Seminars – Topics include alternatives to violence, recognizing cycles of abuse, safety planning, and understanding the characteristics of abusers.
- Self-Development Workshops – Focused on essential life skills such as financial management, healthy relationships, and personal empowerment.
- Cultural Activities – Led by Elders and traditional knowledge keepers, these activities provide spiritual and cultural guidance for healing.
Whenever possible, our workshops and healing activities will be led by Indigenous facilitators who understand the cultural and personal needs of the community.
Honouring the Past by Creating New Paths
culturally rooted, by and for Indigenous women.
We integrate traditional teachings, healing practices, and Indigenous-led facilitation whenever possible, ensuring that participants feel supported in ways that honor their identity and lived experiences. These programs are not just about skills and education; they are about strengthening community connections, reclaiming culture, and fostering healing.
Through career support, education funding, and violence prevention initiatives, we work toward a future where Indigenous women and gender-diverse individuals can thrive in safe, independent, and empowered lives. Every program we offer is a step toward breaking cycles of violence and oppression, replacing them with opportunities for success and self-determination. Every individual deserves access to safety, education, and opportunity. Let’s create a future where that’s possible.
